Where are the products manufactured?

We are very proud to create a product 100% Made in Spain.

Designed between Madrid and Galicia.

Manufactured in family workshops in Ubrique, Cádiz, where tradition and know-how set the pace for SILK AND CINNAMON®.

Do you work with limited production?

Yes. We are committed to conscious production and very limited series. We work with salvaged leather remnants from the luxury industry, which makes each material unique and, in many cases, unrepeatable. Therefore, we cannot guarantee restocks or the continuity of all designs. When a piece sells out, it may not return.

Do you have a physical store?

We do not currently have a physical store.

SILK AND CINNAMON® is, for now, an exclusively online space.

What materials are the products made of?

Our products are made from high-quality genuine leather, carefully selected for its texture and finish.

We work with certified leathers and premium materials to ensure pieces that evolve with you.

Are the products handmade?

Yes. Our products are handcrafted in Spain, paying attention to every detail to offer unique pieces.

Is every product the same?

Not exactly. Due to the use of natural leather and handmade processes, there may be slight variations that make each accessory unique.

How should I care for my bag or accessory?

We recommend avoiding prolonged exposure to sun and heat, not applying perfume directly to the skin, and using our "Treat Your Bag" balm to nourish and protect the leather.

Orders and payments

Can I modify or cancel my order?

If your order has not yet been processed, please contact us as soon as possible.
We will do everything necessary to help you.

What payment methods can be used?

We accept payment methods available through Shopify, including credit or debit card, Bizum, PayPal, Klarna, and other secure options.

Shipping

How long does shipping take?

Delivery times are indicated during the purchase process and may vary depending on the destination.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.

For standard shipments, the approximate delivery time is 3 business days.

For express shipments, it is around 24-48 hours.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to you.

We ship to various countries within the European Union. You can see all available destinations and shipping options directly at checkout.

Returns

Can I return a product?

Yes. You have 14 calendar days from the receipt of your order to request a return.

Please note that all products must be returned in their original condition. SILK AND CINNAMON® reserves the right to refuse any return of items that do not meet the above requirements. If your return is not accepted, it will be sent back to you at your expense and no refund will be issued.

Who bears the return costs?

We offer free returns if you purchase from Spain, for the first exercise of the right of withdrawal.

For returns from other EU countries, the costs will be borne by the customer, and will be deducted from the total amount to be refunded.

Can I exchange a product?

Due to the limited nature of our productions, we do not process exchanges.

If you would like a different product, you can request a return and place a new order for the item you prefer.
